Have You Been Double Crossed Today?

Skidding through the mud incognito

Some where along the line I became a writer, and the cool part about that is that I get to associate with other writers.

There are many fine writers today, writing well.
There’s also a lot of crap being thrown against the wall.

Among the glass shards littering the sidewalks of the information super highway, there are diamonds. Diamonds. They are there for those willing to pick through it all.

Recently, Gloom Cupboard had a contest. Among the entrants, one was chosen to have a book published. Gloom Cupboard picked through the broken glass littering the information super highway, and found the diamonds for us.

Jenifer Wills is a young woman with quite a history of writing credits behind her. It’s cliche to say that over night success comes after many years of hard work. Jenifer has done the work. She is now coming into her own.

It’s with pride that I present her to you, and I hope that you may find an opportunity to buy her work. I believe you will be satisfied, as I am, reading work that stays with you long after you have finished.

Go find Jenifer Wills like I have, and you will fall in love with her.

Thank you very much for all your help with this book, Father Luke, and for writing the back page. I appreciate it more than I can say. And thank you for these kind words. Come to think of it though, wasn’t I the one who found you? ;)

i’m very much looking forward to receiving this book and devouring every morsel of it. good poetry is hard to find. great poetry even harder. from the few poems i’ve read of Ms. Wills (passed to me on the down low by a mutual friend) i’m confident this will fall into the latter category; and for that reason, i am excited.
